I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Berlin, especially the trendy room design and the great location near the U-Bahn. Each day began with a fantastic breakfast, though the glass bathroom door offered little privacy. Overall, a memorable experience!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, where the room was immaculately clean with a walk-in shower and offered a wide array of choices at breakfast, just a 5-minute walk from Wittenbergplatz.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited Zoo Berlin, a must-see, and even caught a performance at the Theatre of the West. Super convenient location with the metro right outside. The lobby had a nice water siphon and the rooms were spacious. Perfect for our group trip.

One downside was the housekeeping. they entered our room despite a do not disturb sign. A bit unnerving and a small apology was made, but still not ideal.

I gotta tell ya, the reception staff was phenomenal! They were quick, polite, really made you feel at home, especially that Zack, he took care of our room issue in no time and even got us an upgrade to a sweet room with a balcony.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I had a lovely time here and especially appreciated the cozy mini-refrigerator in my room and the relaxing lounge area. There’s also a great TV room and comfy seating to unwind after a busy day. One small thing would be to consider offering unopened water bottles instead of refilling used ones. still, it was a fantastic stay overall! 🌟
